Who We Are
In ancient India a gurukula was an education system where the shishya (students or disciples) lived near or with the guru (teacher or master), in the same dwelling. Every student within was considered equal, regardless of social standing, and dealt the same access to both education and workload.
Today, Gurukul Portal seeks to be the gurukula of our time. We are a team that is passionate about access to learning: bringing together all the stakeholders of the educative process into one platform, regardless of where they are in the world. We know that there is no greater gift than education, and that accessibility and affordability should not stand in the way of receiving that gift.
